Merkur Group, a Gold level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), today announced it has achieved Oracle Validated Integration of its EnterpriseEC Connector 5.1 with Oracle’s PeopleSoft 9.2. As opposed to implementing and maintaining Electronic Data Interchange (ED)I translation software and 3rd party Value Added Network services, Merkur Group’s cloud-based services can provide a full range of EDI services that connect, integrate, manage, validate, and expand EDI trading communities. To achieve Oracle Validated Integration, Oracle partners are required to meet a stringent set of requirements that are based on the needs and priorities of the customers. Cloud-based EDI Integration for Oracle’s PeopleSoft uses native Oracle XML Publisher that is mapped to and from EDI data and then sent to and received from vendors via EnterpriseEC. Trading partners who already utilize EDI receive data by whichever means they prefer (Value Added Networks, AS2, Secure FTP, etc.). Vendors who are not EDI capable can use one of our Web EDI solutions to support all of the EDI requirements of their customer.
