  • Standard - software updates, phone support, email and web form support 8:30 - 5:30 EST.

  • Premium - same as Standard plus Merkur Group support personnel can remotely (via WebEx) troubleshoot and resolve issues.

  • 24 X 7 - same as Standard plus 24 X 7 access to Merkur Group support via phone.
